Welcome

Race2Adventure is bringing its concept to Ecuador from March 27, 2011 to April 3, 2011. This is an opportunity to explore a country over the course of seven nights, compete with a short race on five different mornings, and earn your daily adventure…by racing to it! Adventures range from white water rafting the Blanco River in the Amazon to kayaking, snorkeling, and lying around the shores of Ecuador’s finest beaches to tubing outside the small village of Mindo.

We’ve helped put on races in New Zealand, Fiji, Canada, the USA, and Costa Rica. Now we’ll be applying our concept to one of the most beautiful countries our planet has to offer. The week is designed for absolutely anyone up to the challenge. Some may come to run six minute miles and others may walk twenty minute miles. Some will cross the finish line with their significant other and some will come by themselves to meet new friends that they’ll have for a lifetime. And no matter what, you’ll chalk this up as one of the best weeks you’ve ever experienced.

If you’re capable of walking and want to explore a new country in a completely different way, this is perfect for you. If you’re a trail runner at heart, want to win the race element of this week, and challenge yourself in the rivers, through the jungles, and on the beaches of South America, you’ve come to the right place.

There is no better way to cover so much ground over the course of seven days. You will immerse yourself into the Ecuadorian culture, learn from our local staff, and see more than most could in such a short period of time. We will be on the go and seeing all there is to see for every region we visit.
